Terms and Conditions
1. About These Terms
1.1 These terms apply to all users
Everyone who uses Wild.io agrees to these rules. If you create an account, make a deposit, or play games, you’re confirming you’ve read and accepted these terms.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wild.io. By using the site, you promise to follow these rules, even if you’ve never read them. Ignorance won’t protect you from consequences.
1.2 Changes to terms will be posted here
We’ll try to email users about major changes, but don’t rely on that. Check this page regularly – your continued use means you accept updates. Old versions won’t be archived. If you return after a break, read the current terms before playing. Disputes will be resolved using the latest version posted here. The English version of these terms is final. Translations exist for convenience, but if something conflicts, the English text prevails.
2. Who Can Play
To play on Wild.io, you must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (or older if required by your jurisdiction) and reside in a country where online gambling is permitted.
2.1 Age and location restrictions
Players must be at least 18 years old – or the legal gambling age in their country, if higher – to create an account or play for real money. Online gambling laws vary globally, and it’s your responsibility to confirm whether it’s legal in your location before signing up. Countries like the U.S., U.K., France, and others listed in our terms restrict real-money play, and accounts from these regions may be blocked. Depositing funds from restricted jurisdictions violates our policies and could result in account closure or loss of funds.
2.2 Prohibited users
Wild.io prohibits players from restricted countries (e.g., U.S., U.K., France, Netherlands) from depositing or playing for real money. Accounts linked to these regions will be suspended, and any associated funds may be lost. We also block users who provide false information, create multiple accounts, or misuse bonuses. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, check our full list of restricted countries before registering.
3. Game Rules
3.1 Fair play policy
Play games fairly. Don’t use third-party tools, scripts, or strategies designed to manipulate outcomes. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or working with others to gain unfair advantages violates these rules.
We monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns. If we detect cheating, we’ll void bets, remove winnings, and ban accounts. This includes delaying game features, abusing bonuses, or using software to predict outcomes.
Examples of prohibited behavior: card-counting with tools, creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, or intentionally triggering game errors. Report any bugs you find – we’ll fix them, but don’t take advantage of them.
3.2 Game outcomes and RNG certification
All games use random number generators (RNGs) for fair results. Payout rates vary by game, and we don’t guarantee wins. You can check a game’s theoretical payout percentage in its rules.
Technical issues can disrupt games. If a game crashes mid-play, your bet might be voided or refunded based on server logs. Server records always decide disputes – what you see on-screen isn’t final if it conflicts with the game’s backend data.
4. Supported Currencies
We only accept cryptocurrencies listed below. No fiat currencies (like USD) are supported.
Wild.io supports Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC). Always double-check deposit addresses and blockchain networks – mistakes mean lost funds, and we can’t recover them.
4.1 Crypto and fiat options
- Bitcoin (BTC): Use the Bitcoin blockchain only.
- Ethereum (ETH): Use ERC-20 tokens only.
- Tether (USDT): Choose ERC-20, TRC-20, or BEP-20.
- Other coins: Must use their primary blockchain networks.
No tokens, smart contracts, or cross-chain transactions allowed. Sending funds via unsupported methods will result in permanent loss.
4.2 Transaction fees
Blockchain fees apply to all crypto transactions. These fees go to the network, not Wild.io. You’ll pay them when depositing or withdrawing.
Don’t deposit below the minimum amount shown on our site. Small deposits get lost forever. Always confirm addresses and networks before sending – errors mean no refunds.
5. Taxes and Fees
You’re responsible for all taxes on your winnings. Wild.io doesn’t pay or report taxes for you. Blockchain fees apply to crypto transactions, and we don’t charge extra fees beyond what the network requires. Always confirm deposit addresses and amounts – mistakes mean lost funds, and we can’t help recover them.
5.1 Your responsibility for taxes
You must pay taxes on any winnings based on your local laws. Wild.io doesn’t provide legal or tax advice, and we’re not liable for any tax issues you face. If you’re unsure, consult a professional in your area before playing.
5.2 Transaction costs
Blockchain fees cover network costs for deposits and withdrawals. These fees go to the crypto network, not Wild.io. Small deposits below the minimum listed on our site will be lost forever – always double-check amounts.
Never send funds via unsupported methods (like tokens or cross-chain transfers). Doing so will result in permanent loss. We don’t recover funds sent to the wrong address or network. Always confirm details before sending.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 No guarantees for service uptime
Wild.io might experience technical issues, maintenance, or unexpected downtime. We don’t guarantee 24/7 access to the site or games. If the site crashes, freezes, or becomes unavailable, we’re not liable for any losses or missed opportunities during that time.
6.2 Exclusions for indirect damages
We’re not responsible for lost profits, data, or other indirect damages caused by using Wild.io. This includes issues like internet outages, device failures, or errors in gameplay results. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our actions, not third-party problems or unforeseen events.
7. Your Responsibilities as a Player
You’re fully responsible for your account security, taxes, and any financial losses from gambling.
7.1 Account security
Keep your password safe. Don’t share your account with others. If someone else uses your login, we might freeze your account.
We’re not liable for unauthorized access. Even if someone hacks your account, we won’t refund lost funds. Protect your login details like you would a bank account.
Report any security issues immediately. If you spot suspicious activity, email support right away. Delayed reports might result in permanent losses.
7.2 Responsible gaming practices
Set personal limits to control spending. Use the “Personal Limits” feature to cap deposits, losses, or playtime. Limits help prevent gambling from becoming a problem.
Choose from loss limits, wager limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. Cooling-off pauses your account temporarily; self-exclusion blocks it permanently. Both options stop promotional emails.
Session limits log you out after a set time. For example, set a 60-minute timer to avoid marathon gambling sessions.
Inactive accounts incur a $10 monthly fee. If you don’t log in for 12 months, we’ll deduct $10 from your balance each month until the account is empty.
8. Managing Your Account
8.1 Account creation requirements
You can only have one account. Multiple accounts will be closed, and funds forfeited.
Provide accurate info during registration. Fake emails, names, or addresses will get your account blocked. Update your details if anything changes.
8.2 Suspended or closed accounts
Accounts get suspended or closed for fraud, cheating, or breaking these terms. Reasons include fake documents, bonus abuse, or using restricted countries. Dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months) face monthly fees. Funds from closed accounts may be forfeited, and we can block withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
9. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals require at least one deposit. We might ask for identity verification before processing your first payout.
9.1 Verification process
We’ll request ID, utility bills, or video calls to confirm your identity. Refusing verification blocks withdrawals.
Documents must be in Latin characters. Non-Latin documents require video verification via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Address confirmation is mandatory for withdrawals over $500. Once processed, we can’t change withdrawal addresses. Mistakes mean lost funds – no exceptions.
9.2 Withdrawal limits and processing times
Max withdrawals: $100,000 weekly and $200,000 monthly. Large amounts might be paid in installments for security reasons.
Processing times vary. Small withdrawals usually take minutes; larger ones might take days. Delays can occur due to blockchain congestion or verification checks.
10. Bonus Terms
Bonuses expire in 24 hours unless stated otherwise. Always read the terms before claiming a promotion.
10.1 Wagering requirements
Most bonuses need 40–50x wagering before cashing out. Slots count 100% toward this; other games don’t.
If you withdraw early, you’ll lose the bonus and any winnings. Track progress in your dashboard or contact support for help.
10.2 Bonus validity and expiration
Bonuses last 24 hours. If you don’t meet wagering requirements, they and any winnings vanish.
Never use multiple accounts to exploit promotions. We’ll void bonuses and block accounts for abuse.
We can change or cancel bonuses anytime. Check the terms page for updates before playing.
11. Cheating and Abuse
11.1 Prohibited strategies
Don’t try to game the system. Using unfair tactics to win violates these terms.
Examples of prohibited strategies:
- Using bots or scripts to automate gameplay
- Exploiting game glitches or bugs
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Delaying game features to gain unfair advantages
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
If you find a bug, report it immediately. Don’t take advantage of it. We’ll fix it, but we’ll also track down anyone who abused the issue.
11.2 Detection and penalties
We monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns. This includes tracking bets, win rates, and account activity. If we detect cheating, we’ll void bets, remove winnings, and ban accounts. Repeat offenders face permanent bans and potential legal action. Any funds linked to cheating will be forfeited. We work with third-party tools to identify fraud, and we share data with regulators if needed.
12. Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously and use advanced tools to stop it.
12.1 Anti-fraud measures
Our system flags unusual activity like sudden large withdrawals, fake documents, or chargebacks. We verify identities through documents, video calls, or phone checks. If something seems off, we’ll pause transactions until we confirm legitimacy.
We also block accounts linked to restricted countries or multiple logins from the same device. If you dispute a charge or reverse a payment, we’ll investigate. Fraudulent activity results in account closure and possible legal action.
12.2 Reporting suspicious activity
If you spot cheating, fraud, or fake documents, email support immediately. Include details like usernames, transaction IDs, or screenshots. We’ll review reports and take action if needed.
13. Verification Process
13.1 Identity checks
You might need to prove who you are. We’ll ask for a photo ID, utility bill, or video call to confirm your identity.
Requests happen before first withdrawals, during account changes, or if we spot suspicious activity. Documents must show your full name, photo, and address. If they don’t match your account, we’ll block transactions until resolved.
Video calls are done via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms. You’ll need to show your ID and answer basic questions. Refusing verification blocks withdrawals and could lead to account closure.
13.2 Document requirements
We accept:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license)
- Utility bill or bank statement under your name (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of payment method (screenshot of card or crypto wallet)
Documents must be in Latin characters. Non-Latin texts require video verification. Blurry scans, expired IDs, or mismatched addresses delay processing. Always upload clear, legible files.
14. Closing Your Account
You can close your account anytime. Permanent closure removes all data. Dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months) incur $10 monthly fees.
14.1 Self-exclusion options
You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you can’t log in or play. Promotional emails stop, but you can still withdraw existing funds.
For longer breaks, choose self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Your account freezes immediately, and all bonuses expire. Reopening requires support team approval.
14.2 Permanent account closure
To close permanently, email support. We’ll refund your balance (minus fees) within 30 days. All bonuses, winnings, and personal data get deleted. Closed accounts can’t be reopened, and future registrations from the same person get blocked.
15. Bonus Conditions
15.1 Eligibility criteria
Bonuses aren’t for everyone. Players from Sweden or restricted countries can’t claim promotions.
You must meet wagering requirements (40–50x) before cashing out. Slots count 100% toward this; other games don’t. Bonuses expire in 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
Never use multiple accounts to exploit offers. We’ll void bonuses, block accounts, and reclaim funds. Check terms before claiming any promotion.
15.2 Bonus abuse policies
Abusing bonuses violates these terms. This includes creating fake accounts, manipulating wagering, or exploiting glitches. We’ll void bonuses, remove winnings, and ban offenders.
16. Reporting Issues
16.1 How to submit complaints
Contact support via:
- Live chat (24/7 available)
- Email: [email protected]
- Website ticket system
Describe the issue clearly, including transaction IDs, dates, and screenshots. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
16.2 Dispute resolution process
Unresolved complaints escalate to our management team. If still unsatisfied, disputes go to Curacao courts under Curacao law. Server logs decide all claims – what you see on-screen doesn’t override backend data.
17. Cookies Policy
17.1 Essential cookies
Cookies keep you logged in and remember preferences. They don’t track browsing outside Wild.io.
Without cookies, you’d have to log in every visit. They also save game settings and language choices.
Some cookies help security by detecting login attempts. They expire when you log out.
You can’t disable essential cookies without breaking the site. Adjust settings in your browser, but know some features won’t work.
17.2 Analytics and advertising cookies
We use cookies to track site performance and show relevant ads. These don’t collect personal data.
Third-party advertisers might use their own cookies. Opt out via your browser settings, but ads will be less targeted.
18. Miscellaneous and General Agreement
These terms replace all prior agreements.
18.1 Entire agreement clause
This document is the final agreement between you and Wild.io. If part of it gets invalidated, the rest stays in force.
Disputes resolve under Curacao law. No other terms apply, even if not written here.
18.2 Governing law and jurisdiction
Curacao law governs these terms. Disputes go to Curacao courts unless we agree otherwise.
We can sue you in your local court if needed. Nothing stops us from taking action globally.
